Jennifer
Keany
MS, MFT
Executive Director

As Executive Director, Jennifer Keany, MS, MFT, supervises all Keany Associates programs and has worked with developmentally delayed individuals since 1991. Upon finishing her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 1995 and subsequently becoming licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (#MFC38484), Jennifer started Keany Associates to serve the special needs clients of Western Los Angeles County. She oversees each client’s therapeutic program and manages the needs of the staff so that they are equipped with what they need to help your child be successful. In addition to providing direct service to clients, Jennifer offers lectures to professional and parent groups about the role of behavior intervention in a treatment program.

Carrie
Roos
MA
Director of Infant Development

Carrie Roos, Director of Infant Development, helped create and now directs the Brite Kids Infant Development Program at Keany Associates. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science, and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), which uniquely qualifies her to work with children from birth-5 years of age. Carrie has worked with infants and toddlers who are at-risk or have special needs professionally for over ten years. She is formally trained in the implementation of the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and is a CERTIFIED HAPPIEST BABY EDUCATOR (CHBE) through Dr. Harvey Karp’s Happiest Baby program. Additionally, she is a member of the Infant Development Association (IDA) of California.

Marlyna M.
Wagreich
MS, OTR/L
Director of Occupational Therapy

Marlyna Wagreich is a licensed and registered occupational therapist with extensive training and experience in child development. Graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, Marlyna holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in developmental psychology. Marlyna received her master's degree in occupational therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She has ten years of experience working with children with special needs, four of which have been solely dedicated in the field of occupational therapy. Marlyna specializes in behavioral strategies and sensory integration, and is currently in the process of becoming Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) certified. Marlyna feels incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to work with the population of children whom she treats, and to be able to inspire growth in and learn from the children and their families.

Roos
MA, MFT, BCBA
Clinical Director

Jon Roos, MA, MFT, BCBA, holds an advanced degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Marriage and Family Therapist (#MFC52930). As Clinical Director, Jon oversees the therapeutic programs for all Behavior Intervention and Infant Development clients. Jon stays abreast of current best practices in the industry in order to develop and deliver cutting-edge training to the staff at Keany Associates. His enthusiastic approach to professional education offers the staff new and creative ways to learn and stay up-to-date with necessary skills and certifications.
