Funding - Behavior Intervention

The Behavior Intervention services provided by Keany Associates are funded by a variety of sources, including the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Private Pay, School Districts, and Health Insurance.

Department of Developmental Services

The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) provides funding for developmental services for eligible individuals. Keany Associates is vendored by DDS to provide Behavior Intervention Services Our vendor number is PW5448.

Private Pay

Families who are not using State or health insurance funding can still access our services through a private pay option. The family will be billed directly for services.

School Districts

Clients ages three years or older may become eligible for an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) through his or her local school district. An IEP provides structured assistance for students with developmental delays and is designed by a team of education professionals in conjunction with the student's parents/guardians.

Health Insurance

Health insurance may be used to pay for behavior intervention services if your child has a diagnosis of autism or autism spectrum disorder. We are contracted with, but not limited to, the following insurance providers: Anthem Blue Cross, HealthNet, Blue Shield of California, TRICARE, United Health Care, United Behavioral Health, and Optum.
